What You’ll Do
- Assist with daily administrative sales tasks, including contract modifications and processing business requests.
- Prepare quotes for licenses, upgrades, and downgrades.
- Support customers with administrative contract and service changes under guidance from the Sales Support Team Manager.
- Assist Key Users when needed.
- Manage the general sales queue daily, track assigned sales tickets, and use the buddy system for coverage.
- Ensure timely response to tickets and provide internal support to the Inside Sales team.
- 1 year of experience working in the Data Center or Tech Industry
- 1–3 years of sales experience.
- College degree or equivalent professional education.
- Basic knowledge or interest in operating systems (Windows/Linux), virtualization (VMware), networking (Cisco), and server hardware (Dell, HP, IBM).
- Familiarity with CRM software (SAP)
- Excellent communication and customer-service skills.
- A proactive, self-starting mindset with the ability to travel as needed.
- Valid driver’s license.
